Eligibility

The Overtime OS. service and SMS program are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the service and opting in to receive communications from us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The service

Overtime OS. is a managed AI operating system for home-service businesses. We build, host, and run a custom AI front office for your business — answering calls, texts, and website chats; qualifying and booking leads; and following up automatically — configured to your business and monitored and tuned by our team on an ongoing basis. You don't need to log into or manage any dashboard yourself.

Plans & pricing

We offer three monthly plans:

• The Front Office — $499/month
• Front Office + Leads — $999/month
• The Full Engine — $1,489/month

Each plan includes $0 setup. Feature inclusions for each plan are described on this page at the time you sign up and may be updated from time to time; we'll tell you before any change affects your active plan.

No contract, cancel anytime

There is no long-term contract. Plans bill monthly, and you can cancel at any time — future billing simply stops. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period except as described in the guarantee below.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy for any reason within your first 30 days on any plan, we refund every cent of that first payment — no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of your first charge to request it.

Ad spend (Front Office + Leads)

On the Front Office + Leads plan, we build and run Facebook ad campaigns on your behalf, but the ad spend itself is separate from — and your responsibility in addition to — your monthly plan fee. Ad spend is billed directly by the ad platform (e.g. Meta) to the payment method you provide for that purpose; we don't mark it up or collect it as part of your Overtime OS. invoice. (The Full Engine plan includes a starter ad budget in its monthly fee, with no separate ad bill.)

Content you provide

You're responsible for any text, images, logos, testimonials, business information, or other content you provide us to build and run your AI front office. You confirm you have the right to give it to us and to have it used for your business's website, ads, and communications, and that it's accurate. We'll use client-provided content only to build and operate your service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overtime OS. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost leads, or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

SMS program terms

If you opt in, Overtime OS. sends text messages related to your enquiry and our services — including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let active clients know before the change takes effect.
